FAQ - I made a mistake on my assessment, how can I change an answer?

QUESTION:

I made a mistake on a question and I don't know how to change it.

ANSWER:

You can use the back button in the assessment to change an answer before you submit the completed assessment.

When you hit the back button, it will go back to the previous question. If you continue to hit the back button, you go back to earlier questions. The new selection will be saved as you continue.

Once the assessment is submitted, we have no way of altering an individual's answers.

If you have submitted your assessment and want to change any of your responses, you will need to retake the assessment again. Speak with your AQ Certified Partner or Practitioner about retaking the assessment.
