To register on the Help & Support platform, go to "Sign in" in the top right corner.
If you have already taken the AQ assessment, use the same email you used to register on the assessment platform.
Select the link "Get a password" in the center lower left of the "Sign in to AQai" box.
You will be asked to set up a new password. You may use the same password or you may use a different one than what you use on the assessment platform. While the user IDs are communicated between the two platforms, the passwords are not linked. Changing the password on one platform will not change the password on the other.
If you have not taken the AQ Assessment, you will select Sign up next to "New to AQai?"
Check your email and follow the instructions.

Click the link to reset your password and follow the instructions.
