How to - Reset Your Password on the Assessment Platform

To update your profile with a new email address you will need to:

• Log in to that account using your old email address.
• If you don't recall your password, select the reset option and follow those prompts to gain access.
• When you are able to log in, go to Profile on the left sidebar.
• Here you can update your profile including the email address.
• When you are finished, press the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
• A verification code will be sent to that new email address. You need that in order to save the new information.
